Hello and welcome to the Tasty Mango website, a unique corner of the world wide web dedicated to sharing "real" health information with anyone interested enough to read and/or participate.
In this site we will share with you what we consider to be advanced common sense health information, based on our experience and research. We think that this information has the potential to heal many people in the same way that it has healed members of our own family.
We hope you find our observations, opinions, stories, book reviews and links interesting and we would welcome your feedback and contributions in our forum (when it's ready).
This is very much a work in progress, there are still items to be added and corrections/modifications to be made.
We have been busy researching, writing, studying and running a household and as a result the completion of the website has been delayed somewhat. (currently best viewed with Firefox or IE7)
So if you are feeling a bit adventurous and would like to know more then feel free to wander around and explore the Tasty Mango world!

UPDATE - 15-Dec-2006
We are currently visiting the UK after 2 and a half years in Spain, catching up with family and friends and to celebrate Dad's 70th birthday. Before leaving I managed to publish our gallery. It still needs a bit of work (eg captions on the photographs). We also have about 40 articles that Jatinder has written, which need to be proofread and published. We also have a heap of links to other fantastic sites which need to be added, and a message forum as well. Most of that lot will have to wait until the New Year as we will be chillin' in England. (and I mean that quite literally folks)
In the meantime those of you with a bit of time to spare might want to check out our TV appearance on London Tonight that I put up on Google Video. This was filmed in August 2001 just before we moved to Spain. ( approx 8:18 into the footage....I will eventually get round to posting a cut down edited version....honest guv!!! )
